The 40th Annual Manhattan Potato Festival celebrated Manhattan's agricultural heritage in style Saturday, 8/15/2026 with a potato party of epic proportions as we journeyed through the years.

You can double your donation and help us meet our goal ff $10,000! All funds will go toward the expansion and longevity of programs for older people in our community. We loved having our Texas Roadhouse "Roadies" in the SpudFest Parade... the Armadillo & the peanuts are always crowd favorites! The pulled pork Mini-Watermelon Football Dinner was delicious and a big hit right up until the storm hit! Heartfelt thanks to Lance, Andrew, & the Texas Roadhouse crew for your msssive support of the Manhattan Potato Festival from our Dine & Donate night, to our first annual Kickoff Night, to the parade... we sincerely appreciate EVERYTHING!!
