The 701 Venue

10/17/2026

One less thing to figure out this holiday season:

Where everyone is going to gather.

Our venue gives you a dedicated space for your holiday party without having to turn your home, office, or someone else's space into an event venue.

You can focus on the guest list, the food, the playlist, and the people you actually want to celebrate with.

We'll take care of giving you the space to bring it all together.

Thinking about a holiday party? Send us a message and let's make the venue the easy part.

10/15/2026

Your holiday party to-do list probably already has enough on it.

Choose the date. Send the invitations. Figure out the food. Coordinate the details. Keep everyone happy.

The venue shouldn’t add to the list.

Our space gives you a comfortable, flexible place to host your team, friends, or family so you can spend less time worrying about the logistics and more time enjoying the people you’re celebrating with.

Holiday parties are better when you’re actually there to enjoy them.
