What a season! Our 2026 festival brought extraordinary music, warm evenings, and the kind of shared moments that make live performance so special. Thank you for being part of it! Here’s a look back at a just a few of our favorite moments.

#1: Take a bow: Our 2026 guest artists and young artists brought pure magic to the Arkell Pavilion stage, night after night.

#2: Dazzling virtuosity: Clarinetist David Shifrin was one of many guest artists who left audiences breathless with their brilliant musicianship.

#3: A picnic to remember: Grand Picnic kicked off the festival in truly festive style, with good food, great company, and music under the open sky.

#4: Stars on the rise: Our 10 Young Artists made a lasting impression on us and our audiences, and we can’t wait to see where their talents take them next.

#5: Standing room only: Sold-out concerts, including our grand finale, Rhapsody in Blue, filled the Pavilion with energy and applause.

SAVE THE DATE! The 2027 season returns Tuesday, July 6, with a Community Kickoff Party. Subscriber renewals open in late October; new subscriptions are available in December.

Jennifer joins Manchester Music Festival on Sunday, September 6, to perform Bach’s complete Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin at Arkell Pavilion at the Southern Vermont Arts Center, closing out our 2026 season.

🤠 Vermont Debut Alert: Hilary Gardner & The Lonesome Pines 🤠

Hilary Gardner and The Lonesome Pines bring the sounds of the American West to Arkell Pavilion through warm harmonies, lively rhythms, and storytelling inspired by the “singing cowboy” era of the 1930s and ’40s.

Experience songs from the award-winning On the Trail with The Lonesome Pines and welcome Hilary to the Green Mountain State for her Vermont debut on Saturday, August 22.
