Course preview Sunday, Sept 27th at 9:00am! Von Trapp Mounain Marathon is coming right up. Join us and our friends from the new Marathon Sports Vermont shop in Montpelier for a mellow lap around the race course. Mount to Coast demos will be available! Check the race website for full details.

Cool nights have us thinking about fall races in Vermont! The von Trapp Mountain Marathon is October 17 and we couldn’t be more excited. Fall colors, and sweet single track trails at von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort . If you ask us, that’s about as good as it gets!

The Moosalamoo Ultra was Saturday, and what a day it was! Though to beat the heart of the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area, in the Green Mountain National Forest, it’s a little slice of trail running heaven!

Moosalamoo Ultra is August 1! It’s one of our favorites! Rugged course with big climbs, and steep descents. It’s an old school trail race in one of the most remote and beautiful parts of Vermont. Plus free camping before and after, for everyone!

The Mozo DoubleUp, a trail running race that climbs up and over Mount Mansfield twice over the course of 11 miles, is coming up on August 16th at Stowe Mountain Resort and we could really use some more volunteer help!

We are still looking for course marshals, and aid station support. All volunteers can get free entry into a future Ironwood Adventure Works event, and you’ll receive all of the warm-fuzzies you can handle while cheering on and supporting racers this August!
