I can’t say enough about our first ever tractor show organized by Seth Gobrogge and family. We had a total of 20 tractors plus a classic car. In attendance were:

How did Malinta Fest “give back” Saturday!!

It was our honor to give the Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Department a check for $5,000. They supply a delicious dinner and beautiful facility to host this event. Thank you.

Big Nut for Buckeyes was a wonderful addition to our event this year. A check for $1000 was given to his Ohio State Big Nut Scholarship Fund. $500 was from the Malinta Fest and it was matched by Craig Reed. Thank you. OHIO!!

We greatly appreciate the youth groups that assist at the event. St. Paul’s Flatrock received a check for $500 toward their convention fund and the Grelton Bluebirds and Prize Livestock do it as a community service.

Because we try to make this a family friendly event all activities are free and covered by the Malinta Fest. These include the wagon rides, barrel rides, inflatables, entertainment, kiddie tractor pull, and basketball shoot.

It is because of the wonderful support of our local businesses, private donations, and you that this event will be back. So…..mark your calendars for July 10, 2027 for the 23rd annual Malinta Festival.

Wow!!! What can we say but thank you…

to God for providing such a beautiful day for the Malinta Festival; Ned Rhamy and Robin Rhamy Klein for helping with Gift Card Bingo; the Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Department for putting on such a delicious meal; Big Nut for Buckeyes for attending and greeting people and helping with the auction; Matt Richardson for entertaining us; the Grelton Bluebirds and prize Livestock led by Marcia Bostelman Gobrogge for the kids area; Youth from St. Paul Church, Flatrock for Kiddie Tractor Pull and basketball area; David Maassel our awesome auctioneer; all the vendors for being there; Seth Gobrogge for organizing a great tractor show; the Malinta Community Historical Society for opening their facility; and all the donors that helped make this a great year…

but we especially say thank you to all the residents who came and enjoyed the day and supported this small town event.

Can you smell that chicken cookin’! Today’s the day for family fun at the Malinta Festival!! Be sure to come and meet Big Nut for Buckeyes!! He’ll be here for pictures and help with our great auction!!

Ride on the covered wagon or barrel ride and check out the Malinta Community Historical Society with their caboose, train depot and the Pohlman Barn. Check out the flea market!!

Gift card bingo starts at 930 so get there early for your lucky card!! First year ever for the Tractor Show with a parade at end of the day!!! Bounce house for the kids, basketball shooting, kiddie tractor pull.

Sit back and enjoy the music by Matt Richardson. The fun is endless!!!
