It’s warming up outside! I was out for a bit and feeling the heat. May is often the first taste of heat for runners. The early forecast for the race is in the upper 70’s. Remember this is a cupless race. But your swag bag with have a collapsible cup in it! But we highly suggest also carrying extra hydration. There will be a aid station with fluids at mile 3, and a full aid station at mile 7 and 11. The course is a little long so fuel up and get fluids for that final push. Can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling face soon!
