Company 421

Company 421 Company 421 was established in 2021 as the perfect space to host an intimate gathering.

Owner Hillary of Hillary Rae Events found that she was running into problems when trying to find a local venue space for her events less than 100 people that made her clients feel at home. That is what led her to establish Company 421 the perfect space to host small intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, baby showers and so much more. Her goal was to create a space that her clients

felt at home and comfortable, without having to deal with the stress involved with hosting a small gathering at her client’s actual house.

When we opened Company 421, our goal wasn't to create the biggest venue.

We wanted to create a place that felt welcoming.

A place where couples could celebrate with their closest family and friends.

A place where hosts didn't have to worry about squeezing everyone into their home.

A place where people could gather, connect, and make memories.

Over the years we've watched weddings, showers, birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, and so many other celebrations fill this space.

And every single one reminds us why we started.

Join us at Company 421 for a fun night filled with music, community, and a great cause. Every ticket purchased helps send local teen moms and their mentors to YoungLives Summer Camp—a week that provides friendship, encouragement, adventure, and the chance to experience the love of Christ.

As a YoungLives mentor, I've had the privilege of attending camp with these incredible young women, and I can tell you firsthand that this week changes lives.

is that every event feels different.

One weekend it’s a wedding.
The next it’s a baby shower, birthday, corporate gathering, or retirement party.

But the goal is always the same:
