The North Florida Pro Rodeo is proud to invest back into Madison County through our Rodeo Community Impact Projects (RCIP) mini-grant opportunity!

We are excited to award up to $20,000 in funding to local non-profits and community-based organizations that are already making a positive impact in our community. Individual project requests may be up to $5,000.

If your organization has a project that strengthens, serves, or uplifts Madison County, we encourage you to apply before the deadline!

📅 Application Deadline:
Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Before submitting your proposal, please carefully review all three required RFP documents and ensure all requested materials are submitted as PDF files. Incomplete applications or late submissions cannot be accepted.

Strong proposals will demonstrate:
✔ Clear community impact
✔ Organizational capacity
✔ Measurable outcomes
✔ A thoughtful and well-developed project plan

Join the Madison County Chamber of Commerce as we host a full weekend of community, fun, and hometown celebration right here in Madison.

April 16–18, 2026

Thursday: Dog Show at Four Freedoms Park hosted by Madison Veterinary Clinic Grooming Department (registration begins at 5 PM)
Friday: Becky's Dance Steps Studio Street Dance (6 PM) + Church Sing at Madison Church of Christ (7 PM)
Saturday:
* Sentinel Sprint 5K & Fun Run (North Florida College)
* Down Home Festival (9 AM – 3 PM)
* Parade hosted by Tri-County Electric Cooperative Inc at 10 AM
* Frog Hop at 1 PM (prizes courtesy of AFLAC of the Big Bend Area)

This is a weekend filled with everything we love about our community—family, tradition, and coming together.

The donkey race was definitely a crowd favorite! Gates open tonight at 5 PM, Mutton Bustin’ at 6:15 and the rodeo starts at 7 PM. We are expecting a large crowd. We have lots of bleacher seating, but bring a lawn chair if you would like.
