After a promising first half of the season we really struggled the second half. The last 3 were especially frustrating because we were pretty happy with things, but the judges weren’t. I guess we’ll need to practice more this winner. As usual, we continue to have fun

Typical ACME. Bolt on the Pig Trucks alternator broke on the way to Munfordville so Joe fixed it with a tie down strap. Got me home.

ACME is competing in Vernon this weekend. Will be a little shorthanded since Joe's in Florida with the family and Pat's recovering from surgery. Adam, Paul, and Mike can handle the cooking, but they may need help with the wiskey, if any one is around tonight

Pest control at ACME HQ hits a snag. One of the black rat snakes tasked with controlling rodents around the brewery got tangled up in the bird netting around the blueberries. She was very placid while I cut away most of the netting, till her head was almost free. Then she got a little more active. Hopefully I got enough of the netting off from around her neck. It was a little hard to tell with thin black netting on a dark colored snake
