🎤 CultureCon West 2026 Speaker Announcement 🎤
We’re excited to welcome back Baylee El-Bakri, Employee Engagement and Social Impact Strategist at Generus, as a breakout speaker at CultureCon West 2026!
Her session is titled, “Don’t Just Talk About Culture—Build It: A Live Volunteer Experience.”
What if building a stronger workplace culture could also make a meaningful difference in someone’s life?
Rather than simply talking about connection, belonging, and purpose, attendees will experience what happens when people come together around a shared goal.
In this interactive session, participants will work together to build financial literacy board games that help young people develop practical money management skills.
But this isn’t just a volunteer activity. It’s an opportunity to see how thoughtfully designed experiences can break down barriers, spark meaningful conversations, and help people connect through shared purpose.
Throughout the session, Baylee will unpack what makes these experiences successful, from choosing the right cause and making participation accessible to thoughtful facilitation and reflection.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Connect volunteer experiences to workplace culture goals like belonging, employee well-being, and team connection.
✅ Design inclusive, engaging activities that encourage participation and create meaningful impact.
✅ Build a practical action plan for bringing purpose driven experiences to your own workplace.
And Baylee won’t be leading this experience alone!
Joining her to help facilitate the session is Emily Grace Tucker, an actor, singer, and host whose credits include the national tour of Elf and leading roles in Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Frozen, The Wedding Singer, and Cinderella. Emily has also hosted for BroadwayWorld and facilitated hundreds of corporate events, bringing creativity and energy to experiences that connect people.
