I’m giving away tickets to prom on May 2nd to volunteers that can help. If you can’t on that day but still want a free or reduced price ticket please reach out.
We have several positions I’m looking to fill for volunteers:
1. Someone to put together a tattoo station (airbrush tattoos, face paint, and simple water tattoos)
2. Someone to put together door prizes
3. People to pick up flyers and go around posting them in businesses.
4. Crafty people to make giant cards and dice.
5. Crafty people to make Vegas inspired door prizes
6. DAY OF VOLUNTEERS. MAY 30th 10:00am-4pm set up.
7. NIGHT OF TAKE DOWN CREW 1:30am-2:30am
8. Next day clean up crew. 10:00am-Noon May 31st

NIGHT OF PROM VOLUNTEERS
1. Door prize booth/Pull tab booth
-this position is differently abled friendly. You’ll be at a table with access to a chair to sit at or wheelchair ♿️ These are hourly increments with the option to stay longer. Need coverage 6pm-1:30am
Pull tabs will be $1 each, 15 for $10. Intake money, help winners pick a prize in their category.
3 people at all times running the door prize booth.
THIS IS OUR FUNDRAISER
2. Two food runners to check in with our DJ, photographers, dealers, and any other people working the event. Communicate with our food trucks.
3. Anyone wanna be my assistant and runner?
(Big task, keep me hydrated and calm) maybe Destine or Lucca? 😬
4. Person to do My makeup and help with makeup back stage from 5pm-7pm day of. Roughly on times
5. DEALERS, I have 3 but would like 2 more to rotate through. Blackjack, poker, ♣️ ♦️ ♥️ ♠️ casino card games. Even if you wanna be dealer for an hour. I will take $15 off your ticket.
6. 2 people to act as VIP security (more of an act but also ensuring no one touches our performers, and everyone in VIP have a wristband)

May 2nd in Madison. All day. Pop by for a bit and help

Can you paint, crochet, design, create, or make something for prom to donate as a door prize? Claire Braxton is collecting prizes all the way up until the day of prom.
