The Madera District Fair is an independently run state agency known as the 21A District Agricultural Association. We are home to a number of community events including the annual Madera Fair held in September. We are also host to a number of interim events and full-time rentals including the Madera Speedway, the Sunday & Wednesday Madera Flea Market and a quarter midget race track. Our Mission

The 2026 Seasonal Employment Application is open!

Our first LIMITED hire will be for grounds maintenance starting July 1st.

Seasonal Employment Positions:
- Grounds Maintenance and Janitorial | Employment Dates varying from August 1st-September 30th 2026
- Guest Services | Employment Dates September 10-13th 2026.

Hiring Schedule:
- June 9th applications open
- Interviews to be held at the end of July. Applicants will be scheduled by Madera Fair Office.
- Employee Onboarding event mid-August. Individuals offered employment for the 2026 Fair will be notified of date and time.

You may know Jessie as part of our 2025 Hype Team and general add to the business of Madera Fair...we'd like to introduce you formally to our new Office Assistant, Jessie Quintero!

Jessie brings youthful energy to our already fun crew, an incredibly friendly demeanor, a strong work ethic, efficiency, a great aptitude for learning new things and love for the fair and our community. He's here to assist with rentals, contracts, AR and pretty much anything we throw his way!
