Join us for ROC The Barriers Special Needs Field Day, a fun-filled event that builds relationships between the special needs community and the general public. This event showcases services and provides valuable information about providers available to our special needs community.

This year's event will feature adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities, including:
- Soccer ⚽️
- Basketball 🏀
- Bowling 🎳
- Baseball ⚾️

We are also excited to welcome our newest community affiliate, **Help Us Gather (HUG)**, who will be bringing some exciting activities:

**Administrative Announcement: ROC the Barriers Special Needs Field Day Event**

At this time, we are thrilled to officially present to you the fantastic event video recap of our Special Needs Field Day, created by our amazing community media affiliates, Wholey Media

ROC The Barriers Special Needs Field Day is an inclusive event that aims to provide a fun and supportive environment for individuals with special needs to participate in various sports and recreational activities. This annual event will take place on October 8, 2023 10am-2pm and focuses on breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity, allowing participants to engage in physical activities regardless of their abilities.Here's a brief description of what to expect at our 2023 Roc the barriers special needs field day:
1. Adaptive Sports: The event will feature a wide range of adaptive sports designed for individuals with disabilities. These sports provide opportunities for people with different abilities to participate and compete, promoting inclusivity and showcasing the skills and talents of athletes with disabilities.

2. Disability Services and Charities: Nonprofit organizations that focus on disability services and support will be present at the event, showcasing their work and raising awareness about the resources available to the special-needs community. Local businesses that cater to the needs of individuals with disabilities will also be participating, offering their products and services.

3. Live Entertainment and On-Stage Performances: Attendees will be treated to live entertainment, including on-stage performances.
