Mad props and a huge shout out to AVAC Services! This is what you call customer service!
At 9:38 PM on a Friday night, right in the middle of the Texas State Forest Festival, I texted AVAC because our sewer was overflowing down an alley where people were walking. I asked if there was any way they could come by 8 AM the next morning to pump our tank. Their response? “We can come tonight if you need us to.” Um, yes, please!
By 10:50 PM, Jeremy Marble with AVAC Services was at the Expo Center. He grabbed a shovel and started digging to the tank lid as fast as he could. Think about that!! From my first text to boots on the ground, only 1 hour and 12 minutes, late on a Friday night.
When you’re running a facility and in the middle of one of your biggest events of the year, situations like this can turn into a big problem fast. Having a company respond with, “We’ll come tonight,” instead of “We’ll see you in the morning,” means more than they probably realize. Jeremy Marble and AVAC Services, thank you! Thank you for answering the phone, for showing up, for working hard, and taking care of us when we needed you. That kind of service deserves to be recognized. AVAC Services, y’all get mad props from the Angelina County Expo Center tonight! We appreciate you more than you know.
