Hi Everyone 🌙
Many of you know me through Akashic Records and Tarot readings, paranormal events, and spiritual work, but I recently wrote a book called Liminal Spaces Field Guide, which explores transitional states, threshold experiences, and the strange “in-between” places we move through in life.

Through years of working with people, I’ve noticed again and again that the hardest part of life is navigating major change. Especially for sensitive people, deep thinkers, intuitives, and healers, periods of transition can feel emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically overwhelming.

Over the past few years, many of us have experienced spiritual awakening, burnout, grief, identity shifts, career changes, uncertainty, and collective stress, and yet we don’t have the language to fully explain what we are going through.

I wrote this book to explore liminal spaces not only as eerie or paranormal places, but as symbolic and emotional thresholds that can teach us something about transformation, uncertainty, and change.
My hope is that this book helps people better navigate these psychological, spiritual, and existential transitions and feel a little less lost during the process.

Christine ❤️

Many people focus entirely on the full moon and forget what comes after it.

In traditional lunar practice, the days following a full moon are just as important.

The moon has reached its peak and now begins to wane. The energy shifts from expansion into release. This is the phase for clearing, refining, and removing what no longer serves a purpose.

Take time to review what surfaced during the full moon. Emotions, insights, dreams, revelations, and patterns often become more visible under peak lunar light. The waning phase is where you decide what to keep and what to let go.

Clean your altar.

Dispose of old spell remains.

Refresh offerings.

Extinguish workings that have completed their purpose.

This is also an excellent time for banishing, cord-cutting, uncrossing, protection work, and breaking habits that have outlived their usefulness.

If you charged crystals, tools, or ritual objects during the full moon, spend time actually working with them. Power gathered without direction eventually becomes stagnant.

Nature follows this pattern too.

After peak bloom comes pruning.

After harvest comes clearing.

After expansion comes reduction.

The waning moon teaches a lesson many practitioners overlook:

Growth does not come from endlessly adding.

It comes from knowing what to remove.

So don’t rush to the next manifestation.

Sit with what was revealed.

Release what needs to leave.

Strengthen what deserves to remain.

The full moon illuminates and the waning moon refines.

There's a quiet, almost silent kind of magic in the way the year breathes in and out, shifting from one month, season to the next quite effortlessly and without ever missing a beat. The changing of the months always feels sacred to me, like an unwritten promise that life is constantly moving, renewing, and offering us fresh starts and opportunities. When May peacefully dissolves into June, it is often more than just turning a page on the calendar for us, it's a seamless transition from the fresh hope of late spring into the warm, golden fullness of summer. These natural cycles can easily remind us that nothing stands still, and there is something deeply comforting about trusting the rhythm of the seasons to bring exactly what we need, right when we need it.

Stay present. Stay connected. Stay blessed this June 🌺
