☀️Sun Tea & Solar Magic - A Summer Workshop at Mugs & Magick!
Join us as we celebrate the warmth, abundance, and vitality of the summer season through the art of sun tea and solar magic. In this beginner-friendly workshop, we'll explore the magical and practical traditions of sun-infused herbal teas, learn about herbs associated with the sun, and create a custom tea blend charged with your personal intention.

Whether you're seeking confidence, joy, creativity, prosperity, or simply a deeper connection with the season, this workshop will help you harness the bright energy of summer in a simple and meaningful way.

Each participant will leave with a handcrafted tea blend, a solar intention guide, and the knowledge to continue working with solar energy at home.
No experience necessary!

✨Cancer Season - The month of the Mother, emotions and the home✨

I am so excited to enter the Cancer season now, leaving the hectic, social and mind-driven Gemini Season. Cancer season is all about going within, deeply and lovingly. I was born with the Sun in Cancer and can so much relate to the Cancer energy.

Cancers are empathic and pick up on all energies around them: metaphysical, spiritual, mental and emotional. This can make Cancer very prone to moodiness and sometimes overwhelming emotions, due to the absorption of energies around them. Cancers therefore have a great need to go inward, sometime become introverted, to get their energy back.

Cancer energy is thus very protective, like the shell of the crab. Cancer season is all about embracing these gifts and traits, tapping into our emotions and getting deeper. Moving from the social, communicative and extrovert energy of Gemini, this allows us to get to know our own and other’s emotions better.

We also tap into the energy of the Great Mother: the nurturer, healer and the comfort of the womb. This is a great time to create a sacred space within and in your home, connecting to your womb space and heart and to the embrace of the Divine Mother. Also connecting to your ancestral lineage and your foremothers is a beautiful practice. Any womb work and healing is very beneficial.

These upcoming weeks, take the time to enjoy the family and your personal space and home. Get comfortable and eat good and nourishing foods. Cooking with family and feeding yourself and loved ones are great during this period.

How many of you collect and use sacred waters in your practice?

I collected some beautiful Summer Solstice rainwater yesterday! ☀️🌧️

I store my waters in a smoke-cleansed glass vessel (any clean glass jar will do). Before storing, I carefully transfer the water through a cleansed funnel lined with a coffee filter to remove any debris and keep it pure for magical workings.

So what can you do with Summer Solstice Rainwater?

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer Solstice Ritual on the beach. It was a magical evening filled with community, connection, laughter, and the beauty of the longest day of the year.

We were especially delighted to meet so many wonderful new friends and share this sacred celebration together. As the sun set over the water, we honored the season of abundance, gratitude, and light, creating memories that will stay with us long after the flames have faded.

Disaster Relief Now Available for Many Hoosiers

Governor Mike Braun has declared a disaster emergency for 63 Indiana counties impacted by severe weather, flooding, tornadoes and the June derecho.

If your primary residence was damaged and you are uninsured or underinsured, you may be eligible for up to $25,000 through Indiana's State Disaster Relief Fund to help with recovery.

-Assistance is available for eligible homeowners
-Applications are now open
-Additional counties may qualify as damage assessments continue

The State Disaster Relief Fund applies only to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. State funding cannot replace insurance coverage, which is the primary and best source of protection from storm damage. The fund only addresses the costs of repairing, replacing or restoring property that is the primary residence of the applicant, and cannot be used to help pay insurance deductibles.
