Hello Un-wine-d’os! Here at Unwined Louisville we are very excited about the upcoming next year and list of potential sites to do some more Unwinding!

In the meantime if you haven’t heard already, our resident Chef Joe Merchanthouse will be co-hosting a cooking demo/3 course dinner with The Breeze Wine Bar at Logan Street Market in the GE kitchen at Logan Street Market this Friday (TOMORROW!) at 6:30pm! There are only a few tickets still available as of this post and they start at $40 with an optional add-on wine pairing with each course for $20 (WHAT A DEAL!&@!!)

Here's a glimpse at the Botanical Bites menu guests enjoyed Friday night prepared by Chef Joe Merchanthouse, one of Un-wine-d Louisville's founders...

-Zucchini Bread Crostini with Squash Blossom Pesto and Parmigiano Reggiano

-Endive Spears with Marinated Carrot and Beets Slaw topped with Poppy Seeds

-Summer Garden Spring Rolls with Edible Flowers and Peanut Sauce

-Golden Kiwi Chips with Strawberry Jalapeno Jam and Brie

-Watermelon Salad Wedges with Cucumber, Feta, and Herbs

-White Chocolate Rose, and Dark Chocolate Lavender Truffles

In addition to Old 502 Winery wine, we offered a magical mocktail of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Lemonade that went from a deep royal blue color to magenta when mixed right before your eyes...as well as a Strawberry Sangria.
