Dear collective — it’s time to unite.
We’re still living in a timeline of division, holding onto the idea that our power lies in the hands of others, that the government alone can save us. But now is the time to awaken to the truth: every single one of us is a divine spark of the energy that creates worlds. We’re more powerful than we realize, and each of us has a role in shaping our collective path.

If we choose to release the spirit of division, isolation, and unrest, we might begin to glimpse what’s truly possible. With or without government, we are sovereign beings—born from love, called to return to the heart of community. We weren’t made to journey through life as solitary beings; we were designed to lean on one another, to support each other, to rise together.

We can step forward in grace, reconnecting and building, or we can let separation force us together through struggle. The choice is ours. Which path do you choose?

When your nervous system is out of whack, life can get messy. Here’s what that might look like 👇🏾

😩 𝕊𝕥𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝕚𝕤 𝕐𝕠𝕦𝕣 ℙ𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕖𝕟𝕥 ℝ𝕠𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕖: You’re always on edge, and even simple things set off the alarm bells.

😩 𝔼𝕞𝕠𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 𝕆𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕝𝕠𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕕: Everything feels like too much, and your body’s stuck in high gear, like you’re in a constant “fight or flight” situation.

😩 𝔹𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕠𝕦𝕥 ℂ𝕚𝕥𝕪: You’re exhausted, mentally and physically, no matter how much Netflix and “relaxation” you try to squeeze in.

This lesson keeps showing up for me, reminding me again and again. Friends, we must release that constant pressure we place on ourselves to know exactly where we’re headed. Let that idea float downstream. Instead, ask yourself—what do I want to feel daily, weekly, monthly?

Focusing on the destination often comes with heavy expectations. But here’s the thing—we’re co-creators of our lives, and sometimes the universe has a slightly different plan than we do. 🫢

When I stopped obsessing over where I was supposed to be and started focusing on how I wanted to feel along the way? Game changer!!

So, what’s the outcome you wish to create for yourself? It’s not always about where you’re going but how you want to feel as you get there.

Let’s breathe our way to a bit of calm. 😌

Here’s a short controlled breathing exercise that can help with neuroplasticity by increasing focus and promoting relaxation. This is perfect for a Monday 😅

This breathing exercise should take about 5 minutes. Set a timer. You got this!

😮‍💨 Find a comfortable seat: Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.

😮‍💨 Inhale deeply: Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 seconds, focusing on filling your lungs fully.

😮‍💨 Hold: Hold the breath gently for 2 seconds, letting your mind settle on the stillness.

😮‍💨 Exhale slowly: Breathe out slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds or more, releasing any tension.

😮‍💨 Pause: After the exhale, pause for 2 seconds before the next breath.

😮‍💨 Repeat: Continue this breathing pattern (4-second inhale, 2-second hold, 6-second exhale, 2-second pause) for approximately 5 minutes.

Do your best to focus your mind on each breath, allowing your brain to rewire for calm and concentration.

Over time, this supports neuroplasticity by building pathways that enhance cognitive flexibility and stress resilience.

Healing the Nervous System is all about SAFETY (PERIOD) ⚫️

Here are three techniques I use to bring safety to my nervous system:

💗 Slow, deep breathing: Engaging in slow, diaphragmatic breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling the body that it’s safe and helping to calm stress responses. Lengthening the exhale is particularly soothing.

💗 Grounding techniques: Focusing on physical sensations, such as feeling your feet on the ground, holding a comforting object, or using your senses (touch, smell, sight), can help bring the body into the present moment, reducing feelings of overwhelm and reactivity.

💗 Co-regulation with others: Connecting with a trusted person, whether through conversation, physical touch, or just being in their presence, can regulate the nervous system. Safe, calm social interactions support the brain’s ability to feel safe and reduce stress.

These techniques are designed to provide you both an immediate and lasting effect on your nervous system regulation. Let me know if you try any of these and how they make you feel. 😌

The deep inhale isn’t the most important part of your breathing practice—it’s the exhale.

A slow, controlled exhale signals your nervous system that it’s safe to relax, helping shift you out of ‘fight or flight’ and into a state of calm and relaxation.

I always recommend making a voooo or an ahhhhh sound on your exhale as the vagus nerve controls the muscles of your soft palate, and when you use the vibration of your vocal tone, you stimulate you parasympathetic nervous system putting you in a rest and relax state.

Worry is negative goal setting! 🫣

I just wanted to share something that’s been on my mind. If you’re like me, you know how easy it is to get caught up in worry. It’s tough when our minds focus on all the things that could go wrong, right? 😅

I’ve learned that shifting that energy into positive goal setting can really help. It’s not about ignoring our fears but embracing the possibility of better outcomes. If you’re struggling, know you’re not alone. Let’s support each other in moving from worry to action. There is always a brighter side present. 🙏🏾💗
