We partnered with and to design and produce a highly interactive activation at this year’s CEW Beauty Expo 💄✨

The bold red-and-white space featured themed “Funhouse” zones, a playful Plinko game, trivia wheels, and the now-iconic Mini Marvels Ferris Wheel—all designed to spark nonstop engagement and social sharing.

Over 1,000 attendees joined in the fun: meeting Beauty Consultants, playing games, winning prizes, and leaving with gift bags filled with 10+ beauty favorites. Influencers and top media stopped by, with rave reviews like “This is the best activation at the expo!”

CVS Beauty stole the spotlight, and we loved bringing this immersive experience to life.

This is Lester produced an experiential event celebrating 150th anniversary, aiming to spark industry excitement with shareable moments, reintroduce the brand to a new generation, and honor its legacy of empowerment.

Forty-five editors, influencers, and Warner’s executives experienced the brand’s history through an interactive 150-year timeline featuring products curated by Lester from Warner’s archives. Additional touchpoints included a bra-fitting station led by a Warner’s expert, where attendees learned about sizing and styles and received their perfect fit by mail post-event. Guests also contributed to Warner’s history by filling out custom postcards with vintage Warner’s imagery, sharing what confidence means to them today for a time capsule.

CEW Beauty Creators Awards honor the most groundbreaking, game-changing launches and brands in mass and prestige beauty. Working with longstanding partners Kaplow Communications, This Is Lester | Experiential Marketing & Event Production produced a 360-degree trade show booth for CVS Pharmacy (a sponsor of the CEW Beauty Creators Awards), recreating a beauty aisle with shelves showcasing priority categories: cosmetics, grooming, haircare, oral care, supplements, and skin health. CVS Beauty Consultants offered personalized skincare recommendations via app-powered facial scans, boosting brand engagement. Decor included gradient pink and red walls, a checkered floor, an 8x8 beauty bar, and a photo-op heart wall with branded displays, integrating the CVS aesthetic into an immersive experience for attendees.

Additionally, we also produced an activation for the United Soybean Board and Soy Nutrition Institute Global (SNI) at CEW, spotlighting the skin benefits of soy. Guests enjoyed soy-based smoothies with "beauty-boosting" ingredients in custom-branded bottles, complemented by educational signage detailing soy's skin benefits. An on-site nutritionist provided product education, and the booth showcased soy-based beauty products from popular brands. The 10x10 booth featured a natural aesthetic with unfinished oak, moss, greenery, and a white bar displaying beauty products. Decor included, turf accents, dried grasses, live plants, and an oak slat back wall with a dimensional US Soy logo framed by ivy, creating an inviting, organic space with educational soy beauty displays.

As is coming to the end, we look back fondly at the event This Is Lester | Experiential Marketing & Event Production produced for The Honest Company for their collaboration with Little Libro. We made sure to incorporate vibrant decorations that celebrated the rich, cultural designs from the books and exclusive product prints. It was an energetic event with tons of foot traffic, colorful signage, and festive activities!
