In 2002 the original Hollywood Playhouse, was transformed by a state-of-the-art face-lift; orchestrated at the hands of owner John Lyons. Without compromising the Spanish Colonial architecture of this historic space, Avalon was born has grown into of the the most prestigious venues for live performances and events. The list of performers is legendary: Rolling Stones, Nirvana, Madonna, Jerry Lewis,

James Brown, Frank Sinatra to current entertainers such as Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, and the Black Eyed Peas to name a few.

BARDOT

Nestled above the Avalon lies the sanctuary we call, Bardot. Influenced by the roaring 20's, Bardot boasts three different spaces in which to gather. The Lounge Bar features tufted banquettes against dimly lit golden ocher walls. The Courtyard rests under the stars with its charcoal wood floors, vintage oil paintings and rich cordovan color walls. The Tented bar adds to the oasean ambience with its magnificent textiles, sconces, and chandeliers. All three spaces unite in a single experience.
