Welcome Andrey Dragunov!
🌍 USA | Russia

Andrey Dragunov is a dedicated DanceSport professional with many years of experience as a competitive dancer, coach, and instructor. He has trained students and couples across a wide range of ages and levels, helping them develop strong technique, musicality, and confidence on the competition floor.

Andrey is known for his energetic personality, attention to detail, and supportive approach in teaching. His work focuses on building correct fundamentals, clean partnering skills, and expressive performance in both International Ballroom and Latin styles. Many of his students have successfully participated at local and regional competitions.

We are honored to welcome Andrey Dragunov as a Judge at the Hot Ballroom Dancesport Challenge.

Welcome Anya Goldman!
🌎 USA
Anya Goldman is a highly accomplished DanceSport professional with over 30 years of experience in International Ballroom & Latin, ballet, jazz, and dance theater. As a former competitor, she represented Ukraine and the USA, earning multiple national and international titles across Junior–Amateur divisions.

Anya is a respected coach and director of Mystique Ballroom Company, where her students consistently achieve top national and international results. She holds adjudication credentials with organizations including DSF and AAU, and is known for her refined technique, artistic eye, and supportive approach to dancer development.

We are honored to welcome Anya Goldman as a Judge at the Hot Ballroom Dancesport Challenge.

Welcome Robert Porch!
🌎 USA

Robert Porch is a respected adjudicator and educator with an extensive background in Ballroom & Latin dance. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from UCLA, and has worked professionally as a dancer, competitor, and touring performer - including the U.S. production and UK film version of Simply Ballroom.

Robert served as a full-time instructor with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Florida and New York, later becoming Director of the Ballroom Dance Conservatory at Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA), where he significantly expanded and elevated the program.

He is certified through Dance Vision and holds judging credentials with USA Dance and AAU, adjudicating major youth and adult DanceSport events across the U.S.

🌍 Denmark

Alan Winter is a highly respected international adjudicator with extensive credentials through the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF). Born in the United Kingdom and representing Denmark, Alan holds General Adjudicator status and is licensed at the highest level across all major disciplines - including Standard (A), Latin (A), Ten Dance (A), Show Dance Standard & Latin, and all Professional Division categories.

He has served on judging panels at numerous WDSF World and European Championships, bringing technical expertise, fairness, and a deep understanding of competitive DanceSport to every event. Known for his precise and unbiased approach, Alan is recognized throughout Europe for his professionalism and strong adjudication ethics.

Welcome Anna Klimova!
🌎 USA

Anna Klimova is a respected adjudicator, coach, and former Ballroom & Latin competitor with an accomplished international career. She has coached national champions in Russia (2004–2006) and the USA (2009–2013), and her athletes have represented their countries at top world events.

Anna is a certified judge with the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) and USA Dance, and is known for her strong technical background and commitment to dancer development. She is also the creator of dance education programs such as “Dance Fireworks” and “Six Steps to Ballroom Dance Proficiency.”
