As the morning sun rises over Fultonville, the relentless energy of the historic 207-mile March to Abolish Animal Testing continues to reverberate across New York State. Today, determined activists, scientists, and compassionate citizens complete another grueling leg of this 14-day trek, pressing forward with a singular, unwavering mission: to march directly to the gates of Marshall Bioresources.
This is not just a march; it is a turning point. As society undergoes a profound cultural shift toward empathy and technological innovation rapidly accelerates, the outdated practice of animal experimentation is facing unprecedented scrutiny. Across the nation, public awareness is reaching a fever pitch. People from all walks of life are waking up to the reality that sentient beings—especially gentle dogs like the thousands of beagles bred, caged, and tested on behind closed doors—deserve freedom, not exploitation.
Modern science has already proven that we can innovate without cruelty. Advanced non-animal technologies, organ-on-a-chip systems, and sophisticated computer modeling render animal testing obsolete, making the continued use of living, breathing animals an ethical and scientific failure.
The demands of this growing national movement are clear, absolute, and unyielding:
The immediate release of all beagles currently held in laboratory facilities.
The total closure of all animal testing facilities across the United States.
The complete termination of all government funding for archaic and cruel animal experimentation.
As momentum builds and millions watch this monumental campaign unfold across digital and broadcast media, the spotlight is intensely focused on the industry. Marshall BioResources denies allegations of animal cruelty, saying they’ve gotten a clean bill of health from the USDA. Industry representatives are invited on anytime to respond, defend, or discuss their practices in the court of public opinion.
The march moves on. The paradigm is shifting. Compassion is no longer just an ideal—it is the future of science and society.

Where does the battle to defeat the treacherous and cruel Save Out Bacon Act stand now?

Find out from the man leading the charge against this malevolent proposed legislation. Matt Dominguez, the U.S. Director for Compassion in World Farming, brings us up to date. While thousands of calls have already been made to legislators by animal loving Americans, the battle is far from over. Powerful forces, including Smithfield, a Chinese-owned pig producer, continue to push for this act which would bring back those torture devices known as PIG GESTATION CRATES. These crates are so small pigs cannot even turn around or scratch themselves. They go insane biting on the bars. It is TORTURE.

California voters voted overwhelmingly to ban those devices when they passed Proposition 12 in 2018! That Prevention of Cruelty to Farm Animals Act banned pig gestation crates and other forms of extreme confinement. Since California is the world’s 4th largest economy, that essentially banned them well beyond California. Now, this cruel industry wants to bring them back! WE MUST STOP IT.

Captain Paul Watson speaks to UNCHAINEDTV, urging animal lovers everywhere to help him save the whales! The famed star of TV’s Whale Wars, Captain Watson has spent decades putting his life on the line for ocean wildlife. Despite legal threats and having been jailed, Watson remains steadfast in his mission. In a gripping interview hosted by Jane Velez-Mitchell on UnchainedTV’s Truth Files, the legendary activist exposes the perilous front lines of his organization’s latest initiative: Operation 86.
Through the Captain Paul Watson Foundation, Watson’s team deployed the vessel Bandero to confront one of the world's last commercial whaling fleets in Iceland. Working alongside a UK land team, the crew says it has exposed regulatory breaches—asserting the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) confirmed that harpooned fin whales took over 30 minutes to die. That’s the tragic news. But, there is good news!
The pressure delivered results, drastically reducing the season's hunt. Only 35 fin whales have been taken this season—significantly fewer than in previous years! So, Operation 86 has dealt a major blow to the commercial hunt!!! However, that victory has come at a severe cost.
Icelandic authorities seized the Bandero and detained its sea crew aboard the ship!
In a major new update, all 21 crew members have finally been allowed off the Bandero, but they remain trapped in Iceland ordered to report regularly to police while facing potential deportation and entry bans—simply for standing peacefully to defend endangered fin whales.
Supporters around the globe are urged to send pre-written emails to Icelandic authorities demanding a permanent end to commercial whaling. Scan the QR code now!
