Can we share a few of our favorite sound baths with you from this summer?

1. Thank you to and his wonderful brand for having Sol & Sound facilitate a mindful sound bath for his epic immersive experience in Venice, CA. Truly, it was transformative.
2. & we loved being apart of ‘s Wellness by the Water beach event ft. a sound bath + breathwork experience by us, accompanied by two styles of yoga classes!
3. Lastly, thank you to for having us lead sound healing for your retreat! We loved catering to your group of black child care providers.

We can’t wait for the next experiences. Thank you all again and we can’t wait to share more from our summer. Now, it’s time to lean into fall. This is the beginning of our peak sound bath szn! Time to rest, recharge and restore with us ✨

Surely there is so much chaos right now. And we are extending a heartfelt hug and prayers to anyone experiencing unprecedented loss at this time. 🥺🤍

Just know, that there’s also peace within this storm and that peace comes from a stillness of the mind and a moment of connecting with Source. That connection brings comfort, faith and answers to any questions you may have. This Saturday, we’re partnering with to connect you with the peace inside through mindfulness. It’s completely free, as we want to hold space for anyone who needs it.
