As foster and/or adoptive parents, when we first meet birth parents, we are quick to judge and bring our preconceived notions of who they are and how they have been living their life. We've all been there. We believe it is our job to work through these beliefs as they are often untrue and unfair. Join us for an open and honest conversation as we work through our own assumptions about our children's birth parents.
