Hello! Today is a great day to make a gift to the Resinski Black Box Theatre during the Saint Francis week of giving. Today's focus is on the School of STEAM, which is the home of the Center for the Fine Arts and the future Resinski Black Box Theatre. Any amount is welcome--just give to show your support!

Today we celebrate and support the liberal arts tradition in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math (STEAM). The School of STEAM offers programs in engineering, humanities, chemistry, fine arts, cyber security, and zoo science.

This relationship between arts and science will help students be ready for emerging careers.

Exciting news from Saint Francis, including a mention of the Black Box project!

The Center for Fine Arts launched at SFU: The new initiative, under the direction of Dr. Dan Atwood (Director of SFU Bands), will unite Fine Arts academic offerings with co-curricular activities related to band, dance, visual arts, and theatre under one umbrella.

The Fine Arts faculty envision a strong academic relationship with the STEAM School, as well as the Shields School of Business and the School of Health Sciences and Education, in terms of developing new curriculum that incorporates the arts.

An official launch celebration will be planned for later this spring.
