Thanks to everybody who came out to vend and/or shop the show this last Saturday. Good turnout again and a lot of fun. Lots of happy shoppers coming away with some cool stuff and good to see a lot of regular faces again and some new ones. See everybody next March!

We were sold out by one vendor had to cancel so now we have one table left if anybody still needs one. Can be either a 6ft table for $45 or an 8ft table for $55. Message us here if so.

Just letting everybody know we do have a date locked in and deposit paid, etc. for the next Longview/Kelso Record show in March. We will be announcing that next week, and starting to take payments for vendor tables after that, but Ken and I will also be handing out handbills at the SAVE THE LP show coming up this weekend while we are selling there. Check it out should be a great show again there Saturday!

Our next Longview Record show is a few months away still in March, but coming up in a little over a week is the annual Record Hawk show in Portland Oregon. Always a great show with 75 -80 vendors from all over the NW with all kinds of cool LPs, CDs, 45s, cassettes, etc. etc. Not far away down the road and only a few blocks off of I-5 there at the Doubletree Hilton by Lloyd Center. Come check it out!

The fall record shows are starting to kick off now. First up in Oregon is the Canby Record show this coming Sunday (I'll be vending at that one so stop by and say hi if you're shopping or selling there!). Longest running show in Oregon for now an amazing 42 years and great vendors from all over the NW. I don't see any event page here on FB for it but here's the flyer for the show with all of the info.

So another show in the can this year! Our 11th and our biggest one yet with a full room this time of 38 tables of vendors from the NW. Thanks to everybody who came and sold, shopped and helped out. We'll see you next March!

We are now sold out of tables for the March show after I get payments from the last couple vendors. Thanks everybody for coming to do it again and should be a great show!

PS: If anybody posts here saying that they are taking vendor applications and/or payments it is not us and please report them to facebook for trying to rip people off. Seems like more of this happening every time now!

11th ANNUAL LONGVIEW/KELSO RECORD SHOW

Hello everybody and hope you had a great Thanksgiving! We have a date locked in now for our annual Longview/Kelso Record and Music Collectors Show, and it is: Saturday March 8th, 2025

It is going to be at the usual location at the Cowlitz Event Center and Fairgrounds. This is a great venue with plenty of parking, easy to find, easy load in and out to the parking lot, and close to I-5 as well. The address once again is:

1900 7th Avenue
Longview, WA 98632

Vendor tables are $50 each for an 8 foot table or $45 for a 6 foot table (there are a limited amount of 8 foot tables, only 25 total, and we may well run out of those early on, so first come first serve on that). Anybody who pays for two tables or more before the end of January, 2025, gets $5 off the cost there as a special early bird bonus.

We are expanding to take up the full large conference room this time, so we are extending load in hours a bit more. Dealer load in is 930am - 11am and early entry will be from 1030am - noon. General admission hours will run from noon to 5pm. Early entry is now $15.00 and General admission is $5 per person.

LP’s, CD’s, 8-Tracks, Cassettes, Posters and other music related items will be there for as usual from various vendors from around the NW. We’ll be advertising and promoting the event as usual in the Record Collector's Guide, Record Shows of America, Goldmine's online listings, just about every record store in the NW that will put up flyers and/or put out handbills, etc. etc. We'll have an event page created here soon and start inviting everybody as we do, but you can also send us a message here if you are interested in vending at the show, or want more info about it, etc. Thanks as always for your support of the show!

Coming up Saturday in Portland! So far biggest one yet for vendors with 75 tables and looks to be an even bigger turnout than last year had. Don't miss out vendors from all of the NW and also come coming up from California with all kinds of cool LPs, CDs, cassettes, posters, books, VHS and DVDs and more!
