Well, it's now official. We knew since last September about Cascade shutting down and our last album, the NW Punk and Power Pop - NWPPP Volume 1 compilation, had to be pressed with a new plant.
We're very sad Cascade has closed. We appreciate all the great work those guys did for us in the first decade of our record label (16 LPs we pressed there, starting in Nov of 2015 and on through last summer). And we wish Mark Rainey and Jeff and the whole team the best with whatever they do in the future. R.I.P.

New arrivals over the last few days for the NWMW online store and distro from Cult Metal Classics, Stormspell Records and even a RATS debut LP reissue from Mississippi. A couple are already up on the website for preorder, but hit us up if you want to snag any of these direct before we list and save on the tax and additional handling costs the Storenvy site adds in. For those who pre-order the new remastered CULPRIT -Guilty As Charged CDs from us (the Brazil Hellion one), those are on the way and should be here in the next couple of days so look for a tracking/shipping notice soon. And to those who preordered the N AMERICAN 45 HM/HR books from this last round, those have already all shipped out and/or been delivered over the last few days. Just got a note from the label (our friends at M-Theory who did the great PANIC and BITTER END vinyl reissues a while back) if we want to carry copies of it and pretty awesome they are doing this one now too for a reissue. Fortunately, two LP colors and the CD as well, not just one colored vinyl as they did with the PANIC and BITTER END releases (although those were still killer! Have my copies here still and was happy to be able to carry those on our site too). In production now and up for preorder on the NW Metalworx Music website (https://nwmetalworxmusic.com ) is the brand new Expanded Remastered repress of the 1979 self-titled debut album from Spokane trio DOC ROCKIT - Doc RockIt - from NW Metalworx Music from 2026. (The first CD edition without the bonus tracks has been sold out and out of print for a year or so now, and the LP pressings we did are down to the last 3 or 4 copies now and then all gone too!)

SYNOPSIS: Proggy hard rock/proto metal in the vein of BUDGIE, RUSH, CAPTAIN BEYOND, STRAY DOG, HAWKWIND, etc. Co-Produced and Engineered by TOM HALL (QUEENSRYCHE, RAIL, etc.). Long out of print and tough to find, we're proud to work with the band and their manager on the first official reissue of this pioneering heavy album. Album was newly remastered in 2024 by TONY REED of Heavy Head Studios. This new Expanded edition contains 8 Additional BONUS Tracks not included on the original album or our first reissues on LP and CD a couple of years ago. These bonus demos and live in the studio recordings from 1978 in advance of the debut album have been cleaned up and mastered by JACK ENDINO for this special edition CD.

Today is the official release date drop for the new METAL CHURCH album, Dead To Rights. Our order from Cult Metal Classics/Sonic Age in Greece is in now this week.
