Executive Committee, African American Cultural Events, Boulder County ECAACE is an organization established as a response to a call for action from the community to prov The cornerstone of ECAACE is based on five pillars.

They are Education, Celebration, Tribute, Solidarity and Service. These pillars are realized through our annual events as we focus to
promote cultural identity through well planned and well executed programming. Our ultimate objective is to connect people, to provide some understanding and perspective and to promote unity through
that understanding and perspective.
