One last chance to put that Halloween costume to work. 🎃👻

Wear it to Halloween Leftovers on sunday, November 1 for our costume contest, race in it, grab some photos, and see if you can take home the costume contest win.

Best costume gets two future High Tide Runs race entries, so bring the creativity 🧟‍♀️🧛‍♂️

And yes, there will still be candy waiting at the finish 🍬

Friday bib pickup is on! 🎃

November schedule coming at ya!!!

We're in Long Beach, Fountain Valley, and the San Fernando Valley this month and we can't wait to see you! Bring your friends, family, and run crews and let's have a blast together!

We love a good post-race picnic morning at the park or coffee refuel by the beach 🥹 If you're coming out, bring the gang and make it something special.

Don't forget we have 3-packs so if you register for 3 races at the same time, you'll get 15% off on each. Oh and our races are not breaking the budget so if you just wanna get out there for a time trial and free photos, it won't break the bank! Check hightideruns.com and head to our Runsignup for more! 👏

Not quite ready to be done with Halloween? Neither are we 🎃👻

Come hang out with us at Alamitos Beach in Long Beach on November 1 for our first Halloween Leftovers race. Bring your friends, the littles, or your run crew, break out the costume one last time, and spend the morning getting in some miles together.

We’ll have a costume contest, candy at the finish, a medal waiting for you, and one last chance to get this year’s costume photos (professional this time) before spooky season officially wraps up 📸🍬

Distances: 5K, 10K, 10 Miler, and Half Marathon.

Registration is in our profile!

🎃 SPOOKY SHUFFLE POSTPONED 🎃

Unfortunately, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend’s Spooky Shuffle at Woodley Park.

Recent weather has caused erosion along portions of our Lake Balboa course, requiring a reroute onto dirt trails. With storms in the forecast and the potential for muddy, unsafe conditions, we don’t feel we can provide the race-day experience our runners deserve.

We’re working to confirm a new date and will share it as soon as possible. Current registrations will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled race.

Registered runners, please check your email for additional details and transfer options – this just went out to your RunSignup email. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We’ll see you at the start line soon. 🧡🎃

We’re loving all of the costumes from this weekend!!! Thank you all so much for showing up with such enthusiasm!

Your post-race email has links to photos and results — check em out and feel free to tag us or collab us in!

In the meantime, how awesome are these bananas!?

See you Friday, ghouls and ghosts! 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️
