More photos from last week’s Old Home Day festivities! Thank you to all those who attended the 2nd Annual Color Run. This year’s run benefited a scholarship program in memory of Lilliana Cawthron for future Summer Playground Program participants, where 25% of all registration fees going to the fund. The fund raised over $500.00 and Lilliana’s family raised an additional $1,000.00 for the fund.

Thank you to Londonderry Fire for their participation as well. We are looking forward to next year’s event already!

Photos from the Home Run Derby on Friday. We had 8 members from Londonderry Police Department participate with Sgt. Andrew Phillips winning it all with a total of 12 home runs. Thank you to all those that participated!

Well, that’s a wrap on 2025, folks. Thank you all so much for your support, participation, and attendance. We have lots more to share in the coming days, but now, on to 2026.

Fireworks are just around the corner...so let's talk about Saturday!

Londonderry's tiniest (and cutest) residents compete for the title of Little Miss and Master Londonderry at 8:30 a.m. on the Common.

The Old Home Parade, generously sponsored by St. Mary's Bank, steps off at 10:15 a.m. The best place to watch is somewhere between Central Fire Station and Mack's Apples. See the map below for road closures.

Then, please join us for Booths on (AND Around!) the Common from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. You're going to want to visit all our awesome non-profits, business, and food vendors on the Town Common, the 603 Brewery Cookout Zone, the Legion Pop-Up Pub, the Town of Londonderry NH Historical Society, Touch-a-Truck and Antique Car Alley at The Orchard Church, and enjoy the entertainment at the bandstand organized by Ovation Theatre Company.

🎆It's a BEAUTIFUL day for fireworks!🎆

Friday's Fireworks and Food Truck Alley is provided with the generous support of Rotary Club of Londonderry NH. Even if you're not aware of it, you've seen the awesome work that Rotarians do in our community: senior banners, scholarships, supporting the Sonshine Soup Kitchen, Christmas on the Common, donating to non-profits, and so much more. Stop by the High Striker to chat with the Rotarians and learn about their organization, and how to support or join!

Please see the Londonderry Police Department’s road closure map for the parade on Saturday.

Here is the road closure map for the Old Home Day Parade on August 16th. Mammoth Road will close at approximately 10:00 am in preparation for the start of the parade at approximately 10:15 am.

At the conclusion of the parade, Mammoth Road will reopen at approximately 11:30 am. Pillsbury Road between Mammoth Road and Moose Hill School will remain closed throughout the day.

Don’t forget about our movie night tonight on the Town Common. We are showing A Minecraft Movie starting at 7:30 pm.

Friday festivities continue on August 15th following the L-Town Classic Softball games with Food Truck Alley and the Fireworks over at the Londonderry High School track. Food Truck Alley will be open from 6:00-9:00 PM (while supplies last!) followed by the annual Fireworks display, which will be put on again by Pyrotechnico, Inc. starting at 9:15 PM.

Be sure to get there early to enjoy the great food and find the perfect seat to watch the fireworks!

On Friday, August 15th, join us at the Matthew Thornton ball field starting at 12:00 PM the first-ever Home Run Derby, which will see some of the best sluggers made up of our Town employees.

Later in the day, the second annual four-team L-Town Classic Softball Tournament will take place from 3:00-6:30 PM. Last year, the Londonderry Police Department took home the honors of emerging victorious but this year, the Londonderry Fire Department, Town Hall, and Londonderry School District hope to hoist the trophy for their teams instead. The first game begins at 3:00 PM followed by Game 2 at 4:15 PM. The winners of both games will compete the in the Championship at 5:30 PM.

Team match-ups will be determined on August 8th.

Londonderry's 126th Old Home Day celebration offerings continue with events fun for the whole family with the 2nd Annual Color Run and Londonderry Police Association Movie Night on Thursday, August 14th.

The Londonderry Police Association's Movie Night will follow the Color Run at the Town Common (rain location is the Londonderry Police Department Common Room). The movie this year will be Lilo and Stitch (live action) and begins at dusk.
