B&B is growing! We’re thrilled to share that we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our home team in Rochester, NY.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves being organized, keeping track of the details, figuring things out, and making someone else’s life easier. You’ll work closely with our founder across pretty much every part of the business – helping her stay organized and focused, keeping things from falling through the cracks, and increasingly becoming someone she can rely on to know what’s going on and what needs attention.

B&B is an established family business with a great team, a lot of autonomy, and work that has a real impact on parents across the country. For the right person, this is an exciting role with a lot of opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow with us!

One of our favorite traditions at Babies & Bumps is giving back to the communities that welcome us. 💛

At every event, we host a charity raffle where 100% of the proceeds are donated to a non-profit milk bank, helping to provide life-saving donor milk to babies who need it most.

Thanks to YOUR incredible generosity, we’ve already raised over $14,000 this year! 🫶🏼

Every event features a different lineup of amazing raffle prizes. Prize packages vary by city and event, making each one a fun surprise!
