BBQ up and comers this is for you!
We are going to spend a few hours covering the basics of competition BBQ.
What to expect on Friday as far as meat inspection and set up, what not to bring to a competition, building a box, being non offensive on flavor profiles, how to read a score card and what to (or not) take from it.
After covering the basics we will spend all the time necessary making sure you feel comfortable and confident signing up and cooking a contest no matter what the sanctioning body is.
A day spent with fellow BBQ enthusiasts is always a good day!
