⚔️ Council of the Realm (Committee Members):
Lend thy wisdom and guiding hand to help shape a festival fit for kings and queens. Planners, organizers, and leaders are called forth!

🛡️ Reenactors & Performers:
Knights, vikings, maidens, merchants, and all who dwell in the spirit of ages past—come bring history to life with thy craft and character!

🎪 General Volunteers:
From gatekeepers to helpers of all trades, we welcome any who wish to serve the festival and ensure a joyous day for all who attend.

Whether thou seek adventure, camaraderie, or simply a place in the story, thy presence is needed!

Hear ye, hear ye!

Emails have officially been sent out to our returning veteran vendors with invitations to apply for this year’s festival. If you’ve already submitted your application and been approved, you should have received your confirmation email—welcome back, and we’re excited to have you!

If you’ve applied but haven’t received a confirmation yet, don’t worry—your application may still be under review. We appreciate your patience as we carefully consider each submission.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
All vendor payments must be received by July 26th, 2026 to officially secure your spot at the festival. Unpaid spots after this date may be released.

🛡️ Now Accepting New Vendors!
We are also welcoming new merchants, artisans, and food vendors to join the festivities. If you or someone you know would be a great fit, we encourage you to apply!

We offer our sincere thanks for thy interest in the roles presently available upon our Fair Committee.
Within the span of a fortnight, we shall review all inquiries and send word to each who has come forth, bearing fuller knowledge of the positions to be filled and the duties each shall entail. We are grateful for thy patience and look forward to speaking further in due course.
