Thanks to their generous support, T-shirts were provided to all of the staff and volunteers who helped make this year's event a success. From planning and setup to keeping things running smoothly throughout the weekend, our volunteers and staff play a vital role in creating a great experience for the community.

What an incredible Old Canal Days weekend!
It was wonderful to see so many members of our community and neighboring communities come together to enjoy all the festivities. One of the highlights of the weekend was Friday evening's parade. With beautiful weather and a great crowd lining the streets, local organizations and businesses helped make the event special by participating in the parade and handing out candy and other treats to families along the route.

Good news, carnival fans!

The Old Canal Days Carnival will be opening one hour early today, Friday, June 12. Rides and attractions will now begin at 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM.

Join us at Old Canal Days as ARRA takes the Main Stage from 9:30 to 11:30 PM on Saturday, June 13. For more than 35 years, ARRA has been delivering an authentic classic rock experience across the Midwest with no backing tracks, just pure live music. The great news is that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shaping up to be warm, sunny, and perfect for enjoying everything Old Canal Days has to offer.

We understand that many guests have questions regarding MegaPass purchases following today's cancellation of Old Canal Days activities due to severe weather conditions.

The decision to cancel Thursday's events was not made lightly. Weather is an unforeseeable circumstance, and the safety of our guests, carnival employees, volunteers, vendors, entertainers, and staff must always remain our top priority. After careful consideration, today's cancellation was deemed necessary in the best interest of everyone involved.

Regarding MegaPass purchases, all carnival tickets and wristbands are sold through North American Midway Entertainment. At the time of purchase, customers agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale, which state that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued. As a result, no refunds or price adjustments will be provided for MegaPasses or wristbands due to the cancellation of Thursday's activities.

While we understand the disappointment caused by the loss of one day of the festival, the presale MegaPass, even with 3 days of use, offers the best value compared to purchasing individual daily wristbands during the festival. Guests with the MegaPass will still have unlimited ride access for the remaining three days of carnival operation.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate circumstances beyond anyone's control. At this time, all remaining Old Canal Days events and activities are expected to proceed as scheduled throughout the weekend.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming everyone for the remainder of the festival.
