Good morning! We are days away and just as excited as you. Here is a preview of the stickers we will have available at the Expo. We were not able to get patches and shirts printed in time to our satisfaction, so this is what we have for this year. We will have a small merch booth set up in vendor row for those who are interested. We would like to take a few moments to clarify a few points for this weekend.

First, yes the event is free to attend for attendees and vendors. To enter the campground, even for just the day, you will need to stop by the house on the right as you pull in and pay the $10 per day per person (8 and under are free) regardless if you are staying the night or not. He will only be accepting cash and will be open from 8AM -8PM. If you miss that window you must come back up and pay him ASAP.

We are expecting about the same amount of vendors as last year and welcoming some new names as well. There will be food available as well as a coffee trailer.

We do have porta pottys and a roll off dumpster being delivered for the weekend. Please continue to do a great job of keeping the campground clean.

Some changes from previous years. Our goal this year is to enjoy Expo and walk around and relax like you guys and gals. We have met so many amazing folks but never have the time or energy to sit and chat with all of you. This year is our time. As we didn't have access to all of our normal logistical needs this year, we will not have a central presentation tent. There will be some presentations going on at certain vendor booths put on by them. Check with vendors as you walk around as they will set their own times.

We will still have the garage sale Saturday afternoon and still are planning to have the camp coffee and cast iron cook off as well.

There are some changes, yes, but the idea is to make the event this year more relaxed and laid back with the hope that it can be more fully enjoyed by all, including us! See you soon!
