Lunch Saturday will be brought to each team in the late morning and you must have a cooler to put it in. FYI - If anyone was planning on running out to grab lunch on their own please know that it's drive thru only in all fast food places in Livonia. Because of this the lines are LONG and the wait can easily be over 30 min. It gets dark earlier this time of year and WE MUST KEEP THE GAMES ON TIME! Eating the provided lunches will help with this. Your Saturday team lunches will be given to your captain in the late morning and will be ready to eat when you are! Info on Sunday lunches coming soon!

Teams will be provided lunch both Saturday and Sunday. In the late morning on Saturday your entire teams lunch will be brought to your team captain to put in a cooler your team has until your team is ready to have lunch. PLEASE remember to bring a cooler with some ice in it that will hold all your lunches! Sunday will be a little different, more on that later.
We will try very hard to have lunches for guests as well. Without having any idea how many people will be coming with each team it will be tricky.
If anyone, team member or guest is vegan/vegetarian please post that info in the comments here. We will do our best to accommodate.

FYI this went out in an email to all registered team captains. Players PLEASE read:
Congratulations Captains!! We are excited that you have registered your team in the
2021 World Guts Frisbee Championships!
Please review the following information to help us maintain Safe Protocols during this time:
1. During registration Team Captains will be given a packet to be returned to either Steve or Ann Taylor.
a. We will not be doing individual registrations – this will go through the ‘Captains’ only
b. All team members must sign a waiver in order for your team to play
c. Place the entrance fee money in the packet for the entire team
i. If you need change – make a note on the front of the envelope
2. Please review the team information below to ensure your team is completely registered and shirt sizes are noted for all of your players.
a. If you have players under 21 – please note that on the packet envelope
b. Shirt Exchanges (if needed) will be made on Sunday AM prior to the first round
c. Any additional shirts will be on sale Sunday
3. Lunches will be brought out to your teams
a. Let us know if there are any vegan/vegetarians on your team – no later than Monday 8-30-21
b. If you have guests who would also like lunch - let us know no later than Monday 8-30-21
i. We will do our best to accommodate additional people, but we can’t do that without your help and letting us know in advance.
4. Water will be available on the field both days for Players; compliments of O’Malley’s Pub

Friday :
6-9 pm - Welcome and Registration (packet pick up) at O’Malleys Pub - 15231 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48154
Saturday:
9-10am – Captain Registration
10am – Round Robin starts
12:00 – 1:00pm Lunches will be delivered to each team
6pm – Players party at O’Malleys Pub - 15231 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48154
8pm – 12am Karaoke at O’Malleys Pub
Sunday:
9am – shirt exchange and sale of any additional shirts or disc’s
10am SHARP - Tournament play
12:00 – 1:00pm Lunches will be delivered to each team
