Meet our new Taekwondo instructors:

Meet Mr. Tommy and Mr. Gabriel Post, a father and son team who have embraced Taekwondo not just as a physical training method for self-defense, but as a lifestyle! Both originating from Southwest Florida have recently settled right here in Wellborn and have come to love the area and the community.
Mr. Tommy currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan (Degree) black belt in Taekwondo certified by Kukkiwon, located in South Korea at the World Taekwondo headquarters. Beginning his martial arts journey at the young age of 12, Mr. Tommy has had the privilege of training in several individual martial arts and earning two separate Taekwondo black belts, one in Chang Moo Kwan and the other in Chung Do Kwan, both under the World Taekwondo umbrella of curriculum. His hobbies and interests include archery, trail riding, spending time with family and teaching dedicated students the art of Taekwondo where they can sharpen their techniques and learn the more in-depth meanings and histories.
Mr. Gabriel currently holds a brown belt rank in Chung Do Kwan / Kukkiwon Taekwondo and is currently training for his black belt testing expected to take place within the 2026 calendar year. Mr. Gabriel put on his first dobok (uniform) at age 6 and has had the privilege of being trained by Grandmaster Sung Hong, a rare and renowned 9th Dan (Degree) black belt with over 50 years of experience and continuing under Master Sean Willard, a 4th Dan (Degree) master instructor located in central Florida. Expanding his training efforts, Mr. Gabriel has also received training under the American Taekwondo Association. Like most young men, Mr. Gabriel enjoys video games, playing guitar, creative writing and connecting with nature. Because of his love for Teakwondo, he has committed himself to the consistent training of students in partnership with Mr. Tommy, his father, who will proactively be providing structural insights and deeper learning for all students.

Join us **Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.** for Adult Ballet at The Dance Shop. No previous dance experience is necessary—beginners are absolutely welcome!

Ballet is a wonderful way to:
