🕔 5:00 PM – Event 1: LIFTOFF (Max Sn**ch + Isabel)
🕖 7:00 PM – Event 2: BEAR FORCE ONE (5-min AMRAP Bear Complex)

Now a 5-minute AMRAP — fast, aggressive, all gas.
How far can you go before the clock punches back?

⚡️ EVENT 3: RESPAWN
Now starts with 24 box jump overs before launching into max cals on the Echo Bike.
Explosive power meets survival mode. Let’s gooo.

Now a 10-minute cap with increased barbell weight.
