Nicole and Cody— the perfect fit. 👞 Anyone else old enough to remember getting your feet measured for back to school shoes at the local Buster Brown? (Trivia moment- these tools are called “Brannock Devices”). Lincoln Shoe Co was both a shoe manufacturer, and a store— so we had to include some nostalgic nods in the decor. We love how incorporated shots of these GORGEOUS rings! 💍

It was such a joy to host this morning! As a mom of three amazing daughters, I am grateful for organizations like this that empower and instill confidence in young ladies. Scroll to see my girl on the run about a million years ago. She’s a college freshman with a 4.0 at the moment; not saying those things are related, but I’m definitely not saying they aren’t. 😉 🏃‍♀️ 🌎

1. We work hard to remain affordable. Gen Z doesn’t care about “status” weddings the way we did 10 years ago, and we 👏 are 👏 here👏 for 👏 it. Don’t go into debt to impress people who might not even be in your life in a few years. Invite who YOU want, have a grand old time—but invest deeply in your relationship with your partner, not just in a one day celebration.
2. Guys, we are a little bit old and have been doing events since y’all were knee high to a grasshopper. No shade meant to the newbies— we all need to start somewhere. But our parent company has produced everything from million+ dollar galas to backyard weddings. We didn’t throw up a pole barn in our backyard and wait for it to start raining money (although we wouldn’t complain). We are event professionals + event designers who plan for all the behind the scene venue details so that you don’t have to.
3. We have off street parking. La-de-da for us, right? Except if you’ve ever tried to find parking on a busy Saturday in , you know you need a compass and some fairy dust. We’ve got you covered, friends.
4. We let you pick your own vendors. We have great suggestions if you want them, but it’s your event— not ours. Hire who you love!
5. We have a great selection of decor for your use— whether it’s the perfect sweetheart table setup or brass lanterns for all your tables— see #1. Don’t go into debt buying a bunch of stuff you’ll only use once. Save that money for the honeymoon… err, wait. It’s 2026– save it to fill up your gas tank. 🫣 😘
