Pine State Classic Strongman competition held on July 25th, 2026, at the Litchfield Fairgrounds in Maine

The Pine State Classic is a Strongman event in Maine created to bring athletes and community together for a good time to support a wonderful cause. 100% of proceeds from this event will be going to Camp Sunshine in Casco - a retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families to attend at no cost to them. Pine State Classic will be staying alive!

I (AKA John Winter) will be directing the competition from here on out!

I want to give a huge thanks to Joseph Shaw for getting this competition up and running. This has become a big staple in the Maine strongman community, and this would not exist without his efforts!

Details can be found on the ironpodium.com signup page. This will be held on July 25th, at the same location as last year which is the Litchfield Fairgrounds!

You won't want to miss this competition. It will be an amazing experience to participate in or spectate!

Pine State Classic is only a couple of weeks away! 💪🔥

⏰ Registration deadline:
Saturday, Sept 27 (so we can get the athletes’ shirt order in).

📍 Event:
Saturday, Oct 11 at the Litchfield Fairgrounds from 8:30am (Anthem at 9:00am)

🎶 What to expect:
Music, family fun, and head-to-head battles between some seriously strong athletes from all over New England for a shot at an invite to USS Nationals 2026.

🎟 Spectators:
$5 at the door
(kids 12 & under/Veterans/First Responders are FREE)

💙 100% of proceeds go to charity - supporting Three Peaks' mission of mental health advocacy and su***de prevention, with a portion designated to helping families who have lost loved ones to su***de.
