Dear Friends
We wanted to let you all know about a recent development regarding the 2025 KVC Crop for Kids. KVC Nebraska is growing and has hired a new Director of Development. This means there are some exciting new things on the horizon for the organization as it relates to their fundraising strategy and goals. After thorough and thoughtful discussion KVC has decided to no longer sponsor the Crop for Kids event.
We want to thank you for all the love and support you have offered the organization through this event over the years. We appreciate the ways in which you have all shown up to help children and families in foster care. You are the best!
It will take some time for us to regroup, but because this cause means so much to us, we are working to create a volunteer-led Crop for Kids event benefiting KVC Nebraska with proceeds still going to the organization. It will be led by us, outside of office hours but will still be GREAT! It just won’t be this year because we’ve got some planning to do, and we want to make sure we create the best experience possible.
If you have any suggestions or are willing to join the team, let us know. Once we have more information about a date and time, we will let you know. Thank you again for the years of fun, crafting, and memories.
