This communication is being sent out on behalf of your (volunteer) Lincoln Crossing Board to help minimize the gross amount of misinformation circulating on social media.
There are currently 22 line-item expenses within the Administration Category of the annual fiscal budget for our Lincoln Crossing Community. Examples are insurance, legal counsel, management contract fees, postage, loan payments, and federal tax expenses, etc. The total Administration Category equals $2,247, 372 in expenses. Our onsite staffing expenses for 2026-27 are $1,046,628 for salaries. An additional cost of $239,316 is a Management Contract Fee paid directly to FirstService Residential.
