Dear Lincoln Crossing Homeowners-

A number of Lincoln Crossing residents have inquired about the status of the construction of Aldo Pineschi Park. We reached out to our City Council representative John Reedy for an update and received the following information:

Unfortunately due to wet weather the construction was delayed and work is now beginning with an anticipated opening in August. The soccer field will open about 90 days later. Added good news is the two crosswalks (included in the park design) will have enhanced safety designs to better support pedestrians.

We also asked Councilman Reedy to have Groveland Lane restriped in front of our Clubhouse for the safety of our residents entering and exiting the Clubhouse parking lot.

We are excited to announce construction of the 16 person outdoor spa here at Club Lincoln is underway! After years of saving for this amenity, the Board made the decision to approve this project which is expected to be completed this Summer.

This communication is being sent out on behalf of your (volunteer) Lincoln Crossing Board to help minimize the gross amount of misinformation circulating on social media.

There are currently 22 line-item expenses within the Administration Category of the annual fiscal budget for our Lincoln Crossing Community. Examples are insurance, legal counsel, management contract fees, postage, loan payments, and federal tax expenses, etc. The total Administration Category equals $2,247, 372 in expenses. Our onsite staffing expenses for 2026-27 are $1,046,628 for salaries. An additional cost of $239,316 is a Management Contract Fee paid directly to FirstService Residential.
