Welcome to Out in LC!
As you may have noticed we're going through a few changes. We've changed our old Lincoln City Pride Fest accounts to Out in LC, and are working on shutting down our old Out in LC pages. We have also changed our contact email to [email protected], if anyone needs to reach us.
Why?
Our founder recently needed to step back from Out in LC for personal reasons. Because the previous Out in LC social media accounts and email were closely connected to their personal accounts, we have transitioned back to the pages originally used by the Lincoln City Pride Fest Committee.
We want to respect and honor our founder’s privacy while continuing the work they helped build and the community spaces they worked so hard to create. We’re grateful for everything they contributed and remain committed to providing inclusive, supportive, and joyful q***r community events here in Lincoln City.
So who are we?
Out In L.C. is a volunteer-led organization that aims to increase inclusivity and foster q***r joy in Lincoln City by coordinating and elevating events and spaces that celebrate LGBTQIA2S+ culture, community, identity, and expression. We host monthly Q***r Qoffees, and have partnered with community members to support/uplift great events such as Rainbow Trail Walks, drag shows, and craft nights.
We also partner with local businesses to create a directory of welcoming spaces in LC, which can be found on our website at https://www.outinlc.com.
Who are we NOT?
We are not Lincoln City Pride Fest or the Lincoln City Pride Committee. While members of our committee helped organize Lincoln City Pride Fest 2025, Pride in the Park 2026 is being organized by Lincoln City Parks and Recreation. That said, Out in LC will still be collaborating with the city to support and coordinate entertainment for the event. As always, our goal is to continue creating inclusive, affirming, and joyful spaces for the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Lincoln City year-round.
