NEWC is a summer camp for creative teens ages 12-18 hosted in Lima, New York. Northeast Worship Camp is a week-long summer camp for teens where you can expect to grow in your creative gifts, form relationships with other like-minded worshipers, learn from and be encouraged by experienced worship leaders and speakers throughout the region, and experience deep encounter with Jesus through powerful w

orship and prayer. Each day campers can expect to play their instrument with a worship team, learn from experienced musicians, singers and songwriters, sound and media professionals, and worship leaders, have fun, and most importantly—worship Jesus! At camp, you will be surrounded by leaders who love God, love worship, and love to see you flourish in your calling and personal relationship with the Lord. Each of our camp directors are worship leaders with experience in youth ministry, passionate about raising up and equipping the next generation of worship leaders in the northeast. INTRODUCING… ALEX KENT! Alex has been the Executive Director of Camp since 2025!

“I’ve been at NEWC since 2021! I started as the hospitality coordinator and workshop coordinator. Did that for a few years, then became the Operations Director. Aaaand now I’m here!

I love our camper-led worship times because it’s so special to see kids worship Jesus with the beautiful gifts He’s given them, and to watch our incredible counselors walk alongside them—guiding and teaching them well while still empowering them to lead.”

Her two favorite worship songs recently have been “Thank You So Much Jesus” by Aodhán King & Paul Klein and “Christ Has Overcome” by Jesus Image!
