Overlapping strength curves are an excellent way to illicit muscle growth! The dumbbell curl is hardest during the bottom and middle third while the band curl is most difficult at the top. You can see the struggle as I get to the top of the curl when normally that would be much easier. Try these out and watch those biceps grow!
