Win, Lose, and Draw.
The Bluegrass Barons had one of each at the French Lick Vintage Base Ball Festival in West Baden, Indiana, on Sunday. We jumped out to an early lead in our first game to score a win against the Indianapolis Blues Vintage Base Ball Club, and then battled the Mariah Hill Yanks to a hard-fought tie in our second game. We finished the afternoon by falling to the Cincinnati Buckeyes in the third game.
No matter the outcome, it was a great afternoon of seeing old friends and making new ones at a new festival. We had a great time in West Baden and look forward to playing there again!
