All of the money raised at the Mustache Classic every year goes to support local and international missions. At the 14th annual tournament in 2025 we heard from Mark, a friend of ours who lives here in NC but has spent years as a missionary making frequent trips overseas. He was able to use some of the funds we raised to rebuild a damaged home for a family in a rural area of Honduras. It was another great night of fishing for the 2025 Mustache Classic! 45 teams participated this year and 42.35 lbs took home the grand prize, big fish and father/child prize. We were able to raise over $7500 that we can use to bless people with over the coming year! Thank you to everyone who participated and all of our sponsors and volunteers who help make it happen. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

It's not too late to register for the 14th annual Mustache Classic. We will be set up at Southmont Boat Access by 3pm. If you haven't already, get your mustache tuned up for the contest! There is no entry fee and the winner this year will go home with a $50 gift card compliments of Uptown Barbershop! The contest will be held during our pre-tournament captain's meeting, so make sure to get there and sign up prior to 5pm.

If you are not a fisherman but still want to support a great cause, come on down to the lake this Saturday evening. We will have hot dogs, chips, drinks and desserts for sale and plenty of great fellowship with a great view!
