Attention Potential Campers ❗️🏕️
The Kentucky Horse Park offers a beautiful campground with spacious, shaded campsites featuring 50/30/20-amp electric service and water hookups. Each 55-foot paved back-in site includes a picnic table and fire ring. Campground amenities include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a combination grocery store and gift shop, two modern bathhouses, and two convenient dump stations located near the campground exit. The campground is also pet-friendly, provided pets remain on a leash.
We have reserved a block of 25 campsites for our group for MTFCI 2027 Annual Tour participants.
The official tour dates are July 18 through July 23, 2027. Thanks to our reserved campground block, participants can arrive as early as Wednesday, July 14, giving you several extra days to relax and enjoy everything the Kentucky Horse Park and the Lexington area have to offer before the tour begins.
Because the campground hosts a major event the week before our tour, our group reservation includes July 14 to July 25. The good news is that this allows you the flexibility to arrive early at no additional cost beyond the group package. Whether you'd like to visit local horse farms, tour the Horse Park, explore downtown Lexington, or simply settle in and unwind, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the area before the tour officially starts.
The total camping cost is $587.26 (or $529.23 for seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities). Your camping fees will need to be paid at the time of your reservation. Even if you choose not to arrive early, your campsite will be reserved and waiting for you whenever you're ready to check in after 2:00 pm on July 17.
Any sites not reserved by June 20, 2027, will be released to the public.
