Lewisville Firemen's Festival

09/16/2024

Thank you to our special guest, “Ella The Banker” authors Shamim Okolloh, Liam and book muse Ella for coming to Lafayette County school district to share their book with our students. The students truly engaged with them and some Jr. High students engaged in a business plan simulation. Thank you to Lafayette County School District for their support of this event!

A special thank you to The Lafayette County Leadership Council for sponsoring these guests, and First National Bank of Tom Bean- Lewisville for hosting the reception for the Financial Literacy Fair.

HB’s Lawncare Service will be donating 2 copies of Ella the Banker to each library in Lafayette County, both public and campus based catalogs.
