🎶 **VINYL SHOCKLEY RETURNS TO THE ROOM!**

Join us Sunday, November 8th for a night of soulful, feel-good music with Vinyl Shockley—an eight-piece band whose original music is inspired by the classic R&B sounds of Memphis, Muscle Shoals and New Orleans.

Led by Ed Shockley, whose vocals have been compared to K’eb Mo and Van Morrison, the band blends soul, R&B and Americana with a full horn section and the vocals of Nancy Curry.

A longtime fixture on the Delaware music scene, Ed was named the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival’s Ambassador of Music and has been featured by *Delaware Today* as a **“Legend of Rock.”**

If you love great vocals, horns and that classic soulful groove, you’ll want to be at The Room for this one!

Craig Bickhardt is a veteran singer-songwriter whose five-decade career began with his first record deal at age 19. He has released 11 albums on Capitol-Liberty, Warner Brothers, MTM Records, and his own Stone Barn Records. His 2023 release Outpourings reached #2 on the Folk/Americana Chart.

Widely respected for his emotional depth and literary lyricism, Bickhardt has written more than 800 songs.

“Craig Bickhardt is the American counterpart to Richard Thompson… stylistic, original, creative and daring.” – John Apice, No Depression.

2025 highlights included Berardo as the subject of a feature story by Jan Tomay in the legendary Ink Magazine, as well as, along with the fiery dobro player Abbie Gardner, a headline appearance at the 40th Tucson Folk Festival in Arizona.

Berardo’s highly regarded 2024 release “The Beauty of This Now” was recorded in Austin, Texas, and produced by Texas legends Ron Flynt and Walt Wilkins. John Apice of Americana Highways wrote: “There’s a seriousness to Marc’s compositions that’s not apparent in the slew of artists who seem to have a lot of nothing to say in an album’s worth of music…Marc is cut from the same cloth as James Taylor, early Elton John, or maybe Mark Twain…”
