SUPPORT LESLIE’S VETERANS — AND YOU COULD WIN A BOAT!
When you purchase a ticket for the VFW Post #12127 & American Legion Post #131 Gone Fishing Give Away, you’re doing much more than buying a chance to win a 1997 Ranger Sport R82 boat with trailer.
You’re helping Leslie’s veterans continue giving back to our community.
Our local VFW and American Legion organizations use the funds we raise to support a number of charitable and community efforts throughout the year — including something we are especially proud of:
$1,000 scholarships for local graduating students who are pursuing training and careers in the skilled trades.
College isn’t the only path to a successful career. Welders, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, HVAC technicians, construction professionals and other skilled tradespeople are essential to the future of our rural communities. We want to help local graduates get the training they need to build a career, earn a good living, and hopefully bring those skills back home.
Every $20 raffle ticket helps us continue that mission.
Tickets: $20 each
Prize: 1997 Ranger Sport R82 with trailer
Drawing: November 11, 2026 — Veterans Day
Leslie, Arkansas
You do not have to be present to win!
You have two ways to get tickets - If you see one of our VFW or American Legion members with tickets, grab one — or several. You can also use the QR code on the flyer to purchase online to make it super convenient for you! Even if fishing isn’t your thing, buying a ticket is a simple way to say:
“I support our veterans, our local students, and our community.”
Please help us spread the word by SHARING this post and encouraging your friends and family to support Leslie’s veteran organizations.
Support Veterans. Support Local Students. Support Leslie. 🇺🇸
See the flyer for complete giveaway details.
